In early 2023, the Archeological Society of Virginia will publish John Broadwater’s book,
A Practical Guide to Maritime Archaeology With a Focus on the Mid-Atlantic Region. The purpose of the book is to provide guidance and resources to recreational divers and avocational archaeologists interested in knowing more about maritime history and underwater archaeology.
